Job Description:

Lexington realty international is seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team in Florissant, MO. This position is responsible for leasing new and existing properties, managing the lease-up process, assisting with the lease-up process, and assisting with the maintenance of the property. This position will also assist with any other duties assigned by the property manager.

Essential Job Functions:

• Leasing: Leasing the new and empty properties to generate revenue and maximize leasing income.
• Lease-Up: Preparing leases for newly vacant properties by gathering necessary information and preparing lease agreements.
• Maintenance: Completing necessary maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays to meet property needs.
• Must be able to work from home if needed.
• Strong knowledge of property management software (i.e., Yardi or Yardi Pro) a plus.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, painting, and other maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work in all seasons and on a multi-tasking basis in order to meet the needs of the property.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize them in order to meet deadlines.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through are required.

Pay: $16.53 - $19.91 per hour
