We are seeking a FULL-TIME LEASING CONSULTANT to lease apartment homes in our new community that is being built in Groton, CT. This person will provide excellent customer service to our new residents and clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer service driven individual who loves to WOW people. An individual with prior experience as a leasing consultant would be beneficial. Otherwise, a background with experience in the hospitality industry, retail industry and/or restaurant industry can also be a suitable fit. Our main criteria is finding the right individual who has a passion in providing the highest level of customer service and has a desire to lease apartments.

This is a full-time position which would require the ability to work weekends and 3 days during the week. EXCELLENT COMPENSATION and BENEFITS PACKAGE OFFERED, including MONTHLY LEASING INCENTIVES.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
