Responsibilities:
Maintain residents' medical records in accordance with facilitypolicies and with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
•ART, preferred.
•Two years of experience as a Medical RecordsCoordinator in a long-term care facility, preferred.
•Must have training and/or certification orexperience as required by the state
•Must have the ability to read and writeEnglish, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary toaccomplish the job.
•Must maintain regular attendance.
•Must meet all federal, state and localhealth regulations and pass a post-employment-offer physical exam. Thisrequirement includes drug screening, criminal background investigation, andreference inquiries.
•Must be able to relate positively andfavorably to residents and families and to work cooperatively with otheremployees.
•Must be capable of performing the essentialjob functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
