A current and valid PA K-12 School Counselor Certificate through the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

Terms of Employment: Days of service, length of day, salaries and benefits as outlined in current collective bargaining agreement.
Summary Purpose Of PositionsSchool Counselor provides counseling to students, assists in academic interventions, maintains student records, consults with parents and staff regarding students, faciitates the placement of students, coordinates standardized testing, supports the curriculum, and communicates with the parents and agencies regarding student matters.
No supervisory activities will be assigned.
EvaluationPerformance of this job will be evaluted by the building principal.
