Lewis-Palmer School District 38, located in Monument, CO, is looking for an Elementary Instructional Coach beginning with the 2023-24 school year. Must have, or be eligible to receive a Colorado teaching license with appropriate endorsement. Must have a minimum of 5 years of successful classroom teaching experience. The instructional coach should be well versed in instructional pedagogy focusing on enhancing teacher ability to provide instruction that builds student understanding and skills; is academically rigorous; addresses the curriculum standards and frameworks; and enhances student sense of engagement in and ownership of learning. In order to be considered for this position, you must fill out the on-line application. The start date for new teachers is August 3, 2023.

Full-time employees, employed at least thirty hours per week, of Lewis-Palmer School District are eligible for health insurance plans that include medical, dental, vision, and a life insurance. Lewis-Palmer does provide one plan that is of no cost to the individual.
