GROUNDSKEEPERS WANTED! - Chino Hills, CA
Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest real estate developers in the nation, is actively seeking professional, dependable candidates for part-time GROUNDSKEEPER positions at one of our upscale apartment communities located in Chino Hills, CA.
As our new Groundskeeper, you would join a great team and provide:
- Property and grounds cleaning
- Various custodial/janitorial duties
- Light painting projects
- And most importantly a warm and personable, customer-service enthusiasm.
PLEASE NOTE: Weekends are required. Valid driver's license required. Background-check and drug screen will also be required.
This is a part-time (32 hrs.) per week position offering a competitive entry-level wage of $20.00/hour, plus free maintenance technician training, full medical/dental benefits, a 401k savings plan with company match, insurance, vision plan and other discounts. Advancement opportunities available!
