Oversees multiple crews made up of supervisors, leads, operators and relevant third party personnel to ensure proper job scheduling, job quality, productivity, safety measures and job costs.
Coordinates with other departments such as NMS, E&P, Land, Production, Water Services, Heavy Equipment, etc. to accomplish tasks. Work to include pipeline construction, production R&M, location construction, lease road improvements, reserve pit reclamation, frac pond construction, or other similar construction efforts for LEG while managing department safety, quality of work and budget.
Assists in planning, material/equipment selection, quality assurance, quality control, and pre/post job evaluation to ensure successful completion of construction projects.
Coordinates with various internal department managers determining best practices to ensure accurate, efficient flow of information during construction projects. Selects proper equipment for job tasks and ensures crews are properly maintaining equipment. Coordinates maintenance needs with service shop or 3rd party vendors.
Reviews and approves field tickets to verify scope of work and completion to specification prior to payment approval. Evaluates ticketed revenue and job packets from field operation on a weekly basis.
Assesses monthly and quarterly budgets with management, to include cost saving analysis with emphasis on budgetary planning through profit and loss evaluation.
Assists in development and implementation of training initiatives and structured goal setting for lease crew supervisors, leads, heavy equipment operator, roustabouts, etc. Develops internal organizational structure, trains and develops supervisors as required and implements a performance based accountability system to improve efficiency and profitability through increased productivity internally and third party externally.
Promotes a culture of safety, ensuring adherence of company policies and procedures and arranging training if needed
Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in Lease Crews. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and minimum 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Google Earth as well as the Microsoft applications Word, Excel and Outlook.
