Overview:

We are seeking a Front Office Dental l Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and ensure exceptional guest experiences. If you have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all front office activities, including guest check-in/check-out,
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to provide outstanding patient service
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk
- Knowledgeable and experienced in all phase of dental insurances
- detailed oriented, dedicated and at least 10 years of experience
- RDA a plus
- Looking to hire immediately

Requirements:

-Must know all phases of dental insurance billing, collection, and verification.
- Must know how to use Open Dental
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
- Must be able to work Independently

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
