Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the logistics of our operations. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritize incoming calls from clients and field personnel
- Dispatch appropriate personnel to service calls
- Monitor and track the status of ongoing dispatches
- Provide timely updates to customers on service calls
- Utilize GPS systems to optimize routes for field personnel
- Handle emergency situations with calmness and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and dispatches
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and make informed decisions
- Strong data entry skills for updating records accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques to resolve issues efficiently
- Familiarity with phone systems for handling incoming calls professionally
- Capability to negotiate effectively with customers and field personnel
- Understanding of first aid procedures is a plus
- Possession of a certificate in dispatching or related field is advantageous

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
