Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for boating and power sports and possess excellent sales and customer service skills. Additionally, being comfortable backing up trailers in and out of the water is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect boat or power sports equipment to meet their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Demonstrate product features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and outdoor display area
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the boating or power sports industry
- Knowledge and passion for boats and power sports equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable backing up trailers in and out of the water (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
