Lewis Builders, a Design Build firm located in Carmel, CA, is looking for a Project Leader to join our team.
MISSION
The mission of the Project Leader (PL) is to convert sales leads into projects and lead projects through the 9 steps to guarantee their successful execution on time and on budget. The PL coordinates and guides the team assigned. The PL is the client’s primary point of contact and accountability.
OUTCOMES
- Client expectations are set and maintained throughout the project. Clear communication standards are established.
- Project budgets and schedules are maintained. The team is held accountable to milestones and plans are implemented to mitigate slippage. Project slippage does not exceed 5%.
- Project execution strategy is developed and implemented prior to signing the construction contract.
- Client satisfaction surveys are completed every other month.
COMPETENCIES
- Mac computer proficient / tech savvy. Experienced in Google Suite, specifically Drive & Docs.
- Organized.
- Knowledge of construction processes and finishes.
- Understand and read construction plans.
- Self motivated.
- Solution oriented.
- Personable w/ excellent communication skills.
- Flexible- with what role exactly looks like and work demands.
