Chiropractic/Physical Therapy office looking for an energetic person that is able to take on multiple roles in our office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting the doctor with the patients, maintaining the clinic's cleanliness and organization, and office duties including answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, filing charts, etc. Individual must enjoy interacting with people, possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as a team. Job requires multi-tasking and working closely with doctors in assisting patients. Applicants must be able to handle reception desk and telephone calls, including taking messages and relaying detailed messages accurately. Bilingual helpful but not necessary.
