Job Summary
Step into the world of hospitality at Chase Field and join the Premium Clubs Team. As a Premium Clubs Team member you will be an essential part of delivering excellent service to guests during the exciting events hosted at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks. If you are passionate about providing top-notch hospitality in a dynamic environment this is your chance to contribute to memorable experiences for our guests.
- Greet guests promptly in friendly manner
- Assist in restocking and replenishing bar supplies including liquor, glassware, garnishes, and essentials.
- Organize and rotate stock to ensure freshness and accessibility.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Ensures beer taps are working properly.
- Ensures the cleanliness of the bar and restaurant areas; wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, floors.
- Assists bartenders with beverage preparation and service as needed.
- Adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Completes opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks in assigned area and preparation tasks
- Assists with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning duties and preparation tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements.
- Valid food handler card and/or Alcohol certification may be required.
- Open availability days, evenings, weekends, and/or Holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous bar back or related experience preferred
Physical demands:
- Frequently lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
- Frequently ascend/descend stairs
- Frequent standing and walking
