The Concessions Team Leader is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of the concessions team to deliver exceptional guest experiences during events. Key Areas of Responsibility

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize concession operations, enhance efficiency, and elevate guest satisfaction.
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with management to set goals and objectives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Exercise sound judgment and make timely decisions to address operational challenges and ensure smooth event execution.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands and optimize productivity.
• Act as a point of escalation for issues and conflicts, resolving them promptly and effectively.
• Work closely with Concessions Managers and other departmental leaders to align strategies, achieve organizational goals, and enhance performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Job Duties

• Provide direction and guidance to concessions staff before, during, and after events.
• Monitor concession areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock replenishment as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of quality and service.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to optimize supply chain operations.
• Assist in training new hires and conducting ongoing training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement promotional activities and special events to drive sales and guest engagement.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, entering tips, and record-keeping, as required.
