- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements of the company
- Assist with preparing management discussion and analysis of the financial statements
- Assist with analyzing client profitability and key areas of financial planning and analysis
- Prepare documentation and coordinate with auditors on quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Prepare documentation and coordinate with external auditors on their tests of the internal control environment
- Assist with the operations of the group defined contribution plans
- Assist in the management and training of two staff accountants
- Lead ad-hoc projects ranging from system implementations, technical accounting memos, trouble shooting issues, client reporting, client service and tax issues under the supervision of the Controller
