This position would be used to support the Insurance Administrative Team in a variety of functions.

This is to be an entry level position that can be utilized in multiple ways to support Level Four Insurance. This is accomplished by learning all components of Agency Integrator and the business processing model associated with each administrative segment.

This is an entry level position that will learn the key areas of insurance business processing.

• Full Utilization of our AMS (Agency Integrator)
• Daily interaction with carriers
• Daily interaction with our producer partners
• Daily documentation of case management interactions
• Full utilization of contracting programs and processes
• Additional duties as required

Required

• No degree required, but must have interpersonal skills
• Must be able to communicate clearly by email and phone
• Must be able to take instruction
• Tremendous follow-through
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to escalate when needed

Preferred

• Basic understanding of Microsoft suite of products including word and excel Adobe Photosho
• Understanding of insurance products in general
• Basic Adobe software knowledge
