This is a unique opportunity for a person who enjoys Recruiting and Human Resources to be a part of building a Talent Acquisition Team at Level Four Group while also taking part in other Human Resources initiatives!

The Talent Acquisition Associate (Corporate Recruiter) will be the primary lead in the recruiting effort for the Company. They will collaborate with managers throughout the organization to determine hiring needs and lead in the development of job descriptions that bring consistency with overarching Company structure. The Talent Acquisition Associate will also assist the Business Development Team by utilizing Human Resources sourcing tools to provide Retail Producer leads.

As a member of the People Operations Team (Human Resources) they will also take part in many departmental initiatives in functions outside of the Recruiting effort. This position reports to the Director of People Operations.

Essential responsibilities and tasks of the Talent Acquisition Associate are:

  • Work with Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs, collaborate in the development of job descriptions, and design the hiring process for requisitions
  • Post positions in our various HR technologies; screening & interviewing candidates as necessary
  • Schedule interviews for Hiring Teams and proactively follow up on interview feedback
  • Draft offer letters and retail producer proposals and extend approved offers to candidates/prospects
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.
  • Partner with the Advisor Onboarding Team to manage, coordinate and report on the Hiring/Onboarding process of employees and retail producers
  • Provide weekly staffing reports to the Onboarding Team, Compliance Team, Director of People Operations & Executive
  • Organize and attend job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
  • Act as Human Resources Concierge to assigned employees
  • Play key role in employee engagement efforts
  • Take part in initiatives in other functions of Human Resources, cross train & provide back-up
  • Additional duties as required

Successful Talent Acquisition Associate candidates will have:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field -OR- minimum 4 years recent related experience in a recruiting position
  • As part of the People Operations Team (Human Resources), must have, or be in the process of obtaining, PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification
  • Previous experience recruiting for positions at various levels within an organization
  • Possesses knowledge of best recruiting strategies
  • Must have a passion for providing excellent customer service to fellow employees, candidates/prospects, as well as external persons
  • Must be able to multitask, effectively prioritize, and accept and easily adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Must practice confidentiality in all aspects of work
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must be an intuitive and flexible learner/user of new technologies
  • Must have experience generating report data from various systems, as well as working with and preparing data/reports in Excel
  • Proficiency in MS Office
