Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time experienced Graphic Designer to support various client projects. This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week and reports to our main office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a wide range of materials, from conceptual proofs of signage to finished print-ready artwork.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office proficiently for design tasks.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the design process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within deadlines.
• Effectively communicate and present design concepts to clients and team members.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities with flexibility and creativity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the signage and graphics industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office.
• Familiarity with file-sharing platforms such as Google Drive, Box, or Dropbox.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Quick learning ability, critical thinking skills, and sound judgment in decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience with virtual platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate project requirements.

Compensation:

Compensation for this position will be based on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
