Responsibilities

• Provides swim instruction based on LetSwim curriculum.
• Motivates and inspires students to learn new swim skills.
• Maintains a safe class environment.
• Constantly evaluates students to determine appropriate skill level for future classes.
• Maintain good rapport with parents to provide accurate feedback on student progress.
• Uses problem-solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
• Participates in training/in-services as required.
• Assists with incident management to ensure safety of all patrons.
• Fulfills other duties and responsibilities as needed.
