Travel Healthcare Technician (BIRMINGHAM AREA TRAVEL ONLY)

Hours:
Guaranteed a minimum of 34 hours per week, but could be up to 40 hours depending on the scheduling needs for the week.
Hours will vary from week to week within the following hours:
Monday 10:30 am - 8:00 pm
Tuesday 10:30 am - 8:00 pmWednesday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Thursday 10:30 am - 8:00 pm
Friday 10:30 am - 6:00 pm
*Saturday 8:30 am - 2:00 pm
*The weekly schedule will include Saturdays.

We are looking for a compassionate person who is a self-starter, organized and passionate about their health. The most important part of this position is encouraging patients so they can achieve their health goals. No prior medical training is necessary; we train on every part of the position. We currently have an immediate opening for a Travel Healthcare Technician. This position will will include traveling to locations surrounding the Birmingham area. These locations include: Calera, McCalla, Homewood, Trussville and Pelham. The schedule will change weekly depending on the need of the locations listed above. The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Taking patient vitals
• Administering vitamin injections
• Encouraging patients
• Taking incoming calls and making outgoing calls
• Basic charting
• Checking patients in and out
• Assisting the manager

• No experience necessary (training provided)
• Willing to travel to the following locations: Calera, McCalla, Homewood, Trussville and Pelham
• Excellent people skills (co-workers and customers)
• Adaptability to different work environments, management styles and different teams
• Basic Computer skills
• Available to work the days/hours listed above
