Description:
Let’s Communicate, Inc. is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic with a family oriented atmosphere who strives to provide a well balanced work environment where each employee is valued. We are seeking qualified individuals who are currently licensed as an occupational therapist or new graduates. New graduates will be mentored by our experienced occupational therapists. As an occupational therapist you develop a plan of care for each patient and provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with a physicians order and parental concerns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assessing patient needs, evaluating, developing effective patient treatment plans, and modifying care to meet goals of occupational therapy Interventions
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders
  • Collaborating with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
  • Instructing patients and families on patient’s treatment plans
  • Advising, consulting, and instructing members of the multi-disciplinary team in specific occupational therapy modalities
  • Observing and reporting patient progress and/or changes in patient status to physician and appropriate team members
  • Occupational therapist will work with a mixed caseload that may include diagnoses of sensory, fine motor, balance, handwriting, spectrum disorders, down syndrome, etc…
  • Maintain documentation of reports, notes and progress of therapy via our computer based program
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current license as an occupational therapist in Georgia
  • Must have CPR certification
  • Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels
