Our Allstate Insurance Agency is looking for great new Customer Acquisition talent. We are growing and we need more talent to go with that. We are a top producing Allstate Agency located in Lakewood and Lacey offering a competitive base wage with very high commission potential, bonuses and BENEFITS. Commissions range at my agency from $300 - $12,000/month. Want leads? You will have leads, more than you can handle. We will teach you to handle them. Efficiency is something we pride ourselves on. However the agency has a heart, and a big one. Balance heart and drive, and it's the perfect combination.

Any previous sales experience will be considered for this position.

Examples: Cellular (cell phone) sales, retail, vehicle sales or rental industry, restaurant and bar experience, just to name a few. 

Insurance Sales Specialists are responsible for offering the benefits of Allstate Insurance products to prospective and current customers, as well as quoting and closing policy sales. We offer a High Level of Training (ask about this detail)! 

We can teach you the insurance industry. In turn you will provide education to customers and prospects on possible solutions for protection from every-day risks, including Auto, Home and Life insurance. We have a solution for virtually anything. Helping people is our #1 priority, but it does take some convincing on occasion. This is where you come in. We are professionals.

Salary: $48,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Be a very driven, motivated and self managing individual
• Have a passion for helping others find the protection they need with Allstate Insurance products
• High a high level of computer skill to navigate various programs
• Take inbound Sales Calls to quote new insurance business
• Call for outbound prospecting to existing customers and lead sources
• Seek out individual referral sources including current customer base
• Call to follow up with prospects after business is quoted - Follow Up is a key to success
• Cross-sell existing customers
• Comply with Allstate Underwriting, document collection and office procedures
• Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude and have high ethical standards
• Organization is also highly important.
• Technology skills are a must. We are 100% dependent on technology to complete our duties.

• Ability to obtain: Washington Property and Casualty or Personal lines at a minimum.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Pass background check.
