Lester Memorial Childcare Center is Hiring a Child Care Worker Near Oneonta, AL

```Overview:```
We are seeking a follower of Christ that is dedicated and compassionate to work with children. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for showing the love of Jesus and ensuring the well-being and safety of children in our care. This is an important role that requires patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.

```Duties:```
- Share and teach Christian principles. -- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods
- Assist with diaper changes, potty training, and personal hygiene tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area
- Monitor children for any signs of illness or distress and provide appropriate care
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in childcare, nannying, or caregiving is preferred
- Knowledge of infant care, preschool education, and classroom management techniques
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and basic child safety guidelines
