Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.05 QUARTERLY BONUS

Total cash compensation in first year approximately $36,280 - $50,944

Administrative Support and Sales Primary Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers; discussing customer needs and answering related questions about merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues
• Assisting in the sales of tires and wheels, Providing product and service quotes
• Assisting in store accounting, bookkeeping procedures, and Les Schwab credit program
• Assist with store inventory, picking up merchandise and parts as required
• Provide excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Administrative Support and Sales Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma/ GED
• Submit and pass pre-employment Background and Drug Screen (*No THC drug testing)

Previous experience in the following areas may be helpful: Assistant, Tire Sales and Clerical Support, Sales, Administrative, Clerical, Data Entry, Office Clerk, Reception, Scheduling
