Total cash compensation in the first year is approximately $36,280 - $52,400

Automotive Brake and Alignment Technician Benefits

Automotive Brake and Alignment Technician Primary Responsibilities:

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system
• Suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components
• Testing and installing batteries
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies
• Rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding, and/or recalibrating TPMS components
• Using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles, and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.

Automotive Brake and Alignment Technician Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Submit and pass pre-employment Background and Drug Screen (*No THC drug testing)
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Previous experience in the following areas may be helpful: Warehouse, sales, customer service, stocking, automotive, retail, construction, technician, dealership, Commercial Tire, Brakes, Alignments
