You're a recent college graduate just starting out, or simply someone who believes they can forge a successful career in sales and is eager for an opportunity to start! You're comfortable making cold calls and are thrilled to get 99 "no"s if it means you'll get one "yes." You're eager to learn what you can from these calls, such as how to identify decision-makers and determine customer satisfaction levels. You're an easy conversationalist and are comfortable explaining the benefits of our products to new and existing customers. We'll need you to have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, too.
We invest months of time into training our sales assistants and offer regular opportunities to shadow our most successful account executives to learn how it's done first-hand. If you bring the self-motivation and ambition to meet your sales goals, we'll provide the knowledge and tools you'll need to make a good living at Les Olson.
