As the CAD Lead you will be responsible for

• Managing 5-6 team members that operate CAD on the daily
• Quality check said team members work and gain approval on that work from customers
• Customer communication regarding questions with design and structural topics
• Communicate with Operations and other divisions with inquires

Preferred skills:

• Attention to Detail
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Solid Works or other 3D CAD experience
• Ability to lead & give direction as needed
• PLM experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of RV build process preferred but not required
• Knowledge of metal fabrication/welding preferred but not required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
