Job Description:

LePrevost Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is seeking an energetic HVAC Sales Representative for their Lee, MA, location. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain relationships with an assigned client base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The sales representative will focus on residential and light commercial HVAC, all lead-based sales with no cold calling.

This position would be ideal for a self-motivated HVAC installer who is customer service-focused and wants to move into sales and build business for a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• In-home consultation, follow-up, and sale of residential HVAC equipment
• Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin
• Regularly develop sales skills and product knowledge
• Responsible for scheduling jobs and job orders
• Communicate work scopes with installers
• Ensure great client service from the order to the delivery and beyond

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail/outside sales
• HVAC installation experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
