Leopard Lounge is looking for experienced, fashion minded individuals with knowledge of fabrics, styles, current vintage trends and eras to fill management or lead roles at our Houston store. Challenging, fun, boutique environment.

The Managers and leads will assist with all aspects of store performance through customer experience, customer satisfaction, sales monitoring, operational functions, as well as store visual aesthetics and environment. Leads will nurture relationships with vintage resellers, creating a culture that reflects a positive and rewarding experience with the company for both customers and sellers.
Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Manage store operations and store environment to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and maintain operational standards
• Provide feedback, develop others, embrace and lead change, and make clear and defined decisions
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
• Partner and work closely with General Manager
• minimum 1 year of retail leadership experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
