We serve residential, commercial, and government customers throughout the five-state region of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Tennessee.

What will you be Responsible for?

• Establishes, develops, and maintains positive customer relationships. Ensures a positive customer experience by building value in our products and the company.
• Able to multitask effectively and proficiently by navigating through multifunctional CPU interface systems and vendor websites in an efficient manner.
• Properly enter customer information into necessary programs to ensure successful product delivery. Examine, analyze, and document relevant details to ensure accurate data entry.
• Present, educate, and sell merchandise to customers while addressing the customer's needs with exceptional quality and professionalism.
• Answering all incoming calls promptly and professionally in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
• Display strong salesmanship techniques for closing sales by building rapport, qualifying customers, dealing with rebuttals, and overcoming objections.

Exhibit the ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell company products after closing the sale.

Manage, maintain and update all social media accounts for the Leonard location for sales and referrals.

What are the Nice to Haves?

• Be able to type at least 45 wpm
• Knowledge of aftermarket automotive accessories
• Strong social media presence
• Experience selling and demonstrating vehicle accessories
• Bilingual is a plus

ADA Statement :

• Ability to stand and move throughout the store and outdoor areas.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items that weigh up to 50 pounds regularly, including truck accessories and trailer parts.
• Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to handle tools and truck parts.
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions as some activities occur outdoors.
• Tolerance for environments with dust and loud noise.
