Duties:

No one under the age of 18. No high school students. Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds. Must have your own reliable vehicle that you don’t share with anyone else. No exceptions. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends.

- Assist with dishwashing duties, including washing, drying, and organizing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and floors.
- Support the kitchen staff by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work as part of a team.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with basic food handling and safety guidelines.
- Knowledge of bussing procedures and cleanliness standards in a food service establishment.
