Warranty Handyman

Overview

Leola Construction has an immediate opening for a Warranty Handyman to join our Warranty Department. Leola specializes in providing foundation, masonry, and rough carpentry services for residential production home builders. The selected candidates will work in the Tampa, FL area and will be joining a high functioning team with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Complete thorough inspection of work ordered area
• Report with proper tools and materials to each service call and make possible repairs.
• Complete concrete and framing repairs.
• Keep daily log of all warranty calls; include address/lot, time, date, etc.
• Must have excellent time management skills, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to meet deadlines, work under pressure and multi-task
• Maintain a cordial and professional relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with Management when reoccurring items arise.
• Handyman duties such as repairing/fixing

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Construction experience
• Great interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
• Reliable transportation
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Required: Background check including driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
