Job Title: LPN/LVN/Home Health Nurse/Private Duty LPN

Duration: Fulltime

Pay Rate: Starting from $24/hr. (Negotiable), plus Benefits.

**Qualifications:**

- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN).

- Current CPR certification.

- TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
