Description

The Media Producer will manage a wide range of multimedia projects from 2D and 3D motion graphics, animation and live-shot content, including post-production editorial, to management of on-screen media content for live productions. A Media Producer will have 5 years minimum experience in producing video and media content. Some of this experience should be specific to the corporate business meeting space. 

The position is required to work from the office at least 3 days/week following a successful 90-day review. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

• Managing and allocating resources to new video and media projects, creating production timelines, communicating all project needs with team members, and monitoring the budget to ensure we are returning the required margins.
• Communicating directly with clients on concepting and approach.
• Working closely with Creative department to activate and drive messaging and visuals that are reflective of the client’s branding and style.
• Locating and licensing appropriate b-roll and music.
• Ensuring vendors and freelancers are setup in our accounting system and maintaining detailed records of project expenditures, working with Finance to submit all POs and invoices.
• Coordinating logistics for any field and studio productions.
• Managing onsite video crew and ensuring schedules are being followed. 
• Occasionally acting as director during field shoots.
• Driving the client review process, making sure projects keep on schedule.
• Facilitating final file delivery to client.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• 5 years minimum experience in producing video and media projects
• Strong project management skills, advanced organization and attention to detail with regards to media management and file structure
• Familiarity with video sets and team member’s roles
• Familiarity with professional video production procedures, techniques, practices and terminology
• Solid understanding of business software applications including MS Office Suite, Keynote, Dropbox, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook and other basic software
• General understanding of Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects
