Web Project Manager

Our client operates within the rapidly expanding medical/health industry and is experiencing significant growth. This is a direct-hire opportunity located on-site with our esteemed client in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of web projects from conception to completion. The Web Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, risks, and issues to foster transparency and maintain stakeholder engagement.
• Team Coordination: Facilitate seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams, including web developers, designers, content creators, and IT operations, to promote synergy and ensure project success throughout its lifecycle.
• Technical Skillset: Work with developers on projects regarding Web Development, Web Application, and/or Digital Marketing.
• Resource Management: Strategically allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to support project requirements and timelines effectively while optimizing efficiency and productivity.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to preempt disruptions, safeguard project continuity, and drive successful project outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance protocols to monitor project progress, assess deliverables, and ensure adherence to project specifications and industry benchmarks for superior outcomes.
• Change Management: Assess the impact of project scope changes on timelines and resources, manage change requests effectively, and communicate adjustments transparently to stakeholders to maintain project integrity.
• Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, track budget utilization, and provide stakeholders with transparent reporting on financial performance, ensuring accountability and adherence to fiscal objectives.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other pertinent records, to facilitate effective communication, streamline decision-making, and promote knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for project management in the digital domain.
• Proven Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of successful experience as a Project Manager, preferably within web development or digital marketing spheres, showcasing your ability to drive project success.
• Web Expertise: Possess a robust understanding of web technologies, development methodologies, and digital project management best practices, enabling you to navigate complex digital projects effectively.
• Communication and Leadership: Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, empowering you to inspire and collaborate seamlessly across diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Organizational Aptitude: Display exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, enabling you to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and adeptly adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
• Proficiency in Tools: Showcase proficiency in utilizing project management tools and software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project to streamline project workflows, enhance collaboration, and drive project efficiency.
• Certifications (Optional): Possessing certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is advantageous and demonstrates a commitment to professional development and mastery in project management practices.
