### Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in various industries. ### Duties:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

### Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in medical coding, retail sales, or optical industry
- Familiarity with Epic software or similar electronic medical record systems
- Knowledge of aseptic technique and medical terminology
- Strong understanding of retail math principles
- Experience in ophthalmology or pediatrics is a plus
- Knowledge of physiology is beneficial

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
