```Duties```
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel
- Assign work orders and ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials and supplies
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are met
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements

```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in CAM programming and CNC operation
- Strong knowledge of programming languages and software such as SolidWorks
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Familiarity with welding techniques and equipment
- Knowledge of tooling selection and maintenance
