6 month ONSITE Contract role, 3 days per week (some flexibility in which days to work). REQUIRED: RN degree with minimum of 3 years Occupational Health experience. The right candidate will be instrumental in implementing and delivering occupational health programs to employees in order to achieve a healthy and safe work environment. Lenox Executive Search is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to fill an 6 month, with potential to extend, contractual role with a global pharmaceutical company in Framingham, MA. Candidate will provide critical clinical support to the R&D and Manufacturing operations.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE:

• Workers Compensation injury and illness evaluation (within scope of practice), treatment and case management for sites as assigned
• Clinical services at Occupational Health Center (s), sites as assigned (within scope of practice)• Deliver, as appropriate, all medical surveillance programs in compliance with Federal requirements and Company guidelines, including but not limited to: Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection, Powered Industrial Vehicle, Reproductive Risk Assessment, DOT, Hazmat, Vision, Laser Vision, and any other surveillances needed based on risk assessments.
• Maintain all medical information per OH, legal, HIPAA and ethical guidelines
• Offer evaluation and treatment (within scope of practice) work-related or non work related injuries and illnesses and refer as appropriate
• The OHN will provide nursing and OH support for sites as assigned.
• Nursing home and Rehab experience is not a good fit for this role.
