Lenoir City Ford has Part-Time positions available for a Cashier / Receptionist who has customer service experience as well as other office experience. Hours to be scheduled are:
Part-Time Hours: Tuesday thru Friday: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm; Saturdays: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
This schedule is non-negotiable, as we need someone who is going to be on time as scheduled.

Lenoir City Ford is HIRING NOW for Part-Time Cashiers / Receptionists to greet visitors, schedule service appointments, answer calls in a courteous, professional manner, and perform cashier duties.

Responsibilities – Cashier / Receptionist:

• Greet and assist customers with a smile and professional demeanor
• Assist with incoming telephone calls, operating a multi-phone system.
• Operate cash drawer and credit card system
• Enter price changes and collect payment
• Submit extended warranty claims
• Assist the Service Advisors and the Controller
• Verify Ford pass points
• Process mailers
• Balance cash drawer/prepare daily bank deposits
• Filing
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications/Requirements – Cashier / Receptionist:

• Cashier/Cash handling experience is required
• Previous clerical and customer service experience preferred
• Dealership experience is a plus!
• Must be able to work well with others and also work alone
• Good customer service and communication skills
• General math skills and attention to detail
• Good computer skills, and experience with a multi-line phone system.
• Punctual, dependable, and a person of integrity
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Great customer service skills
