ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Salesperson wanted. State Farm Insurance Company- Lenny Schaeffer, Agent is looking for a Salesperson to sell insurance and financial services. Requirements: Must have the following traits: honesty, hard work ethic, concern for others and personal responsibility. Strong candidates have a personality which causes them to love to network to find prospects, are goal driven, and are highly confident.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Network, develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience not required.
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
• Capacity to obtain required licenses and certifications.
