Job Description

• Verify brazing on the assigned assembly lines
• Insert valve Cores
• Check tightness of coremax
• Add Pressure switches
• Adherence to Leak Check Work Instructions
• Perform Hydrogen Leak Check
• Document QA Hydrogen Checklist & Take pics of leaks
• May perform other job-related duties as assigned or directed by Quality Supervisor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience
• Pass leak check test to become leak check certified
• Should have no more than (3) three incidents at time of post
• Knowledge of products and product variations assembled
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Ability to use PC, tablet, and camera
• Positive attitude can do attitude
• Effective communication
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variety of variables in situations
• Possess the ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or scheduled form
• Follow safety guidelines
