The Learning Center Manager is responsible for engaging with our business partners throughout the content development journey through delivery. This position will work with the business to assess learning objectives, design, and deliver associate focused learning experiences at scale that connect to Lennar culture and drive business results.

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
