Summary of Position:
This role oversees and coordinates the various run and change initiatives in an HR Center of Excellence’s portfolio of projects. You will be responsible to collect, track and support the initiation and steering of HR projects and initiatives ultimately ensure their successful delivery to Lennar’s associates. In this role you will bring full transparency across all work in HR, helping to align Center of Excellence deliverables to the broader HR strategic priorities.

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the project manager to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
