GTA is Hiring a Construction Manager Near Roseville, CA

Will require 50% - 75% travel initially. Client will reimburse for accommodations and mileage only when traveling outside of base market .

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Manager with expertise in In-Building Radio Access Network (RAN) responsibilities. As a Construction Manager - In-Building RAN Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all Civil Works aspects on a given project, with a specific focus on RF support and creating Bill of Materials (BOM). Your role will be crucial in ensuring seamless project execution, adherence to standards, and the successful implementation of In-Building RAN solutions. Responsibilities:

  • This role will support the northeast and will require up to 75% travel.
  • Assess and control charges to the agreed site design.
  • Assure the installation of only Customer-approved materials on the project.
  • Enforce agreed in-building guidelines and schedules.
  • Attend coordination and progress meetings.
  • Provide on-site supervision in high-risk situations for disturbances in customer site performance.
  • Conduct safety inspections, ensuring a safe working environment, and inspect tools for good working condition.
  • Solve in-building problems as required during the project.
  • Coordinate site activities to align with project goals and objectives.
  • Drive schedule activities and troubleshoot results.
  • Ensure Service Providers meet technical specifications and workmanship quality standards.
  • Enforce safety guidelines and construction procedures during the entire project.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in workers' safety and work environment safety.
  • Perform site pre-inspections, coordinate post-construction audits, and conduct site verification.
  • Conduct visual inspections of quality on-site.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for the project.
  • Provide accurate status information on progress to project Sr. CM.
  • Offer technical assistance to Service Providers and other suppliers associated with in- building Reject wrong deliveries of material to the site.
  • Report performance and quality issues on-site.
  • Work with SPs and ensure compliance with in-building design plans.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and monitor works with Service Providers and other disciplines interfacing with the Civil Works part of the project.
  • Lead the team with a focus on quality and results.
  • Write claims, order and return materials.
  • Maintain and update construction-specific areas of Site Tracker, including SOW, preconstruction documents, safety guidance, QA standards, etc. Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in job-related roles with project builds over 200 sites.
  • Good knowledge and skills in identifying and solving complicated problems.
  • Ability to adapt existing procedures, techniques, and methods.
  • Active contribution to improvement and change.
  • Ability to work independently. Experience/Qualification Level: Reports to CM3 (Lead) or IM Lead

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $70,594.73 - $85,017.31 per year
