Data Analyst: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Data Analyst to join Lennar’s Learning and Development team specializing in both business analytics and people analytics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes within the organization, with a focus on optimizing learning and development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to employee performance, training programs, organizational development, and business results.
Responsibilities Responsibilities: Data Collection and Processing:
  • Gather and organize relevant data from various sources, including HR systems, learning platforms, and financial tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and implement data quality improvement processes.
  • Develop appropriate visualizations, notifications and/or alerts to drive business action, and ensure results of actions can be measured and monitored.
Data Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough analyses of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop statistical models and predictive analytics to support decision-making within the Learning and Development team.
  • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Develop a deep understanding of core business processes and how performance is measured, and work with business teams to discern strategic and analytical data and analytics needs and gaps
People Metrics and Reporting:
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for learning and development programs.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development team to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with broader organizational goals.
Business Analytics:
  • Analyze business data to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost optimization within the Learning and Development function.
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights into workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications Qualifications:
  • 2 plus years providing business analysis & querying data, analyze and understand data issues and help resolve them.
  • Undergraduate degree in data analytics, mathematics, statistics, engineering or equivalent field, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree is a plus
  • Creative self-starter who can analyze, interpret, and derive insights, and communicate those to drive change in business
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on people analytics, learning and development, or HR analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qualtrics).
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing accurate and reliable analyses.
