We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in guiding potential patients through the initial orthodontic process, as well as providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our orthodontic practice. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office
- Schedule appointments and manage the treatment calendar
- Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options to patients, as well as take initial diagnostic records
- Coordinate with our providers to ensure timely and efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical record systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and inquiries

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an orthodontic office, dental office or medical administrative support role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of orthodontic terminology and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other office software applications (Dolphin, preferred!)
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
