What You’ll Do: 

• Perform the necessary duties for the for the maintenance of the equipment, building, and grounds- including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Work to maintain the cleanliness of LVF properties.
• Provide safe transport to LVF clients using company assigned vehicles.

What You’ll Offer: 

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided while on duty).
• Ability to drive a full sized van
• Ability to use a computer to manage work orders and communicate via email
• Experience working within a building maintenance environment including electrical, plumbing, grounds keeping, cosmetic repairs, and painting skills
• Knowledge of smart phones, email, mapping websites
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently 
• Ability to perform the physical requirement of the job description, with or without accommodation
