Inside Sales Specialist - HVAC Team - Service Today - Immediate Opening!

Federalsburg, MD Branch Office - Apply Today!!

The Service Today HVAC Inside Sales Specialist will outbound on open service and sales estimates to close outstanding opportunities and create new revenue for the company.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist the sales manager and sales coordinator with tracking results of all sales calls and open opportunities.
  • Prioritize unsold opportunities for sales and service departments.
  • Follow-up in a timely manner on unsold opportunities with the intent to save the sale and generate revenue.
  • Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • Work with the sales manager and sales coordinator and to maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task with high accuracy and attention to detail and prioritization.
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Prior sales and customer service experience is a PLUS!!!
  • Experience with Service-Titan preferred but not required.

Experience/Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Sales experience a PLUS!!!!
  • Bilingual is a HUGE Plus!!
