What you'll do : As a Sales Representative at Len Busch Roses, you’ll help amaze and delight our customers through selling our clearly superior products and by providing extraordinary service.
You’ll learn what floral customers want and support their business through collaborative partnership. You’ll grow sales through establishing trust, developing a clear understanding of future customer needs, and help them understand the ease of doing business with Len Busch Roses.
Our sales representatives help us identify opportunities to work with new customers and to develop new and innovative solutions to better meet our customer's needs.
Who you are : You're enthusiastic about taking care of customers and selling our beautiful products, including our Minnesota grown product line! You are goal-oriented and always striving for what's next.
You are curious about customers, both current and future, about their needs and about how we can better support the growth of their business.
