As a Wealth Management Associate with Lemnis Capital, a division within Equitable Advisors, you will work closely with senior wealth managers and financial advisors to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to high-net-worth clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of financial plans tailored to clients' goals and objectives
- Conducting investment research and analysis to identify suitable investment opportunities for clients
- Monitoring and reviewing client portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial goals and risk tolerance
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service
- Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional wealth management solutions and strategies to clients

Fast-Track Promotion Path:
Our Fast-Track Promotion Program is designed to accelerate your career growth and provide you with the opportunity to advance to the Vice President level within 24 months. Through a combination of hands-on experience, mentorship, professional development, and performance-based criteria, you will be on a fast track to leadership and success within our firm.

Qualifications:
- A four-year college degree is preferred but not required and relevant professional FINRA securities registrations are a plus
- If you do not have the following, you will be required to attain them under the sponsorship of Equitable Advisors: state life and health licenses, FINRA Series 7 and 63/66 registrations
- Results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter who possesses integrity, a strong work ethic and the desire to help others plan for and protect their financial futures
- Team player who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, with a high degree of self-confidence
- Ability to draw upon past/present experiences and acquaintances to develop markets and sustain long-term relationships
- Want to run a team of Financial Advisors through coaching, mentorship, and professional guidance
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
